Heilsuferðalagið er langtímarannsókn á Íslendingum fæddum 1988 og er ein af fyrstu rannsóknum á Íslandi til að skoða ítarlega langtímaþróun á heilsufars tengdum þáttum á mótunarárunum frá unglingsaldri til fullorðinsára. Rannsóknin er samstarfsverkefni Háskólans á Akureyri og Háskóla Íslands auk erlendra samstarfsaðila.
