Through establishing a close cooperation in the field of Research and Project Management and Administration (RMA), University of Iceland (UI) and Slovak University of Technology (STU) will be able to reach excellence through the exchange know-how, expertise and best practices.

To achieve the set goal, we will improve internal processes and make them more sustainable and therefore greener. This exchange of knowledge will mainly happen in the form of STU employees visiting UI, where they will attend various learning activities, and UI workshops at the STU as mentioned above, in the fields of project and research management, and administration.

Furthermore, UI academic employees will also be encouraged to travel to STU, where an opening and final conference will be held in order to present the collaboration results. At this final stage a larger number of academic employees, teachers and students from STU and other universities will be able to attend.
